Returns & Exchange Policy

At Leyanah, we want you to love every product you purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are happy with your experience.


Returns

  • We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • If your initial delivery was free, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund amount. For example, if you received complimentary shipping on your order, we will subtract the delivery fee from your refund.
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for another item:

  • If your initial delivery was free, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.
  • However, if you originally paid for delivery, you will need to cover the shipping charge for the exchange.
  • As with returns, exchanges will only be accepted for products that are unopened and unused.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at returns@leyanah.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund (minus any delivery costs, if applicable). Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [cs@leyanah.co.uk] so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
